When you call us, someone is there to answer the phone. A Patient Care Coordinator will gather all your information and verify coverage with your insurance carrier. We accept most insurance plans and partner with most medical groups and managed care providers. The Coordinator will verify the information and fill out all the forms. You simply review and sign them when you come in for your appointment.

And we won't keep you waiting. You can usually make an appointment for the same or following day. And there's little or no waiting in the reception area either. Our therapist will be expecting you.
