OUR TEAM

Our clinic is staffed with Physical Therapists and a Physical Therapist Assistants who are passionate about your care, will work with you individually and will always be available to discuss your progress and goals. With our experience in a multitude of injuries and our commitment to learning new techniques and treatments through continuing education classes, you will notice a positive difference. We treat elementary age children to seniors.

Neurosport is a member of leading organizations in the physical therapy field including the American Physical Therapy Association, the California Independent Practice Physical Therapy Association and the National Athletic Trainers Association. Our therapists mentor local high school and college students and teach interns from numerous physical therapy programs.

Matthew Stauffer, DPT

Matthew is our Fremont Office Clinical Manager and DPT.  Originally from South-western Pennsylvania, Matthew moved to the Bay Area in 2006.  He is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Kinesiology and Psychology.  He attended Slippery Rock University School of Physical Therapy where he received his Doctorate in Physical therapy. He currently practices in the outpatient setting where he treats a verity of orthopedic/musculoskeletal injuries and postoperative orthopedic surgery patients.  His special interest is in the rehabilitation of total knee and hip replacements.  In his spare time he enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and two young sons.  His sports interests are football, hockey, basketball, and golf.


Mike Ostrowski, MSPT

Mike graduated with his MSPT from the University of the Pacific in Stockton in 1997.  He has experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions.  He takes multiple continuing education classes every year to learn the latest techniques and theories. His treatment of musculoskeletal imbalances and biomechanical dysfunctions consists of manual therapy, functional training, strengthening and empowering his patients to help themselves.  In his free time, Mike enjoys hiking, backpacking, travel, woodworking and playing volleyball.


Larry Aseo, PT

Long time resident of Fremont since 1965, graduated with Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Cal State, Long Beach in 1986. I’ve worked at Neurosport and Professional Home Care since 1991. In these 25 years of experience in outpatient rehab and home care, I’ve developed a physical art to the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, especially spine dysfunctions, integrating manual medicine techniques and specific exercise programs to meet each patients individual needs so you can be assured you are receiving the best care possible.
